Arts Astray is proud to partner with the Servants Anonymous Society of Calgary -  a local organization that provides long-term programs, ongoing support, hope and wholeness to young women (with or without children) who are victims of, or are at risk of, sexual exploitation.

Stoneworx Gallery:  Those Little Somethings Unleashed New works by, Sarajevo based artist Nina Ziggy Hadzic, Opening Reception Thursday, Dec 1, 5-9pm with the artist in attendance. 

Stoneworx Gallery is proud to introduce the artist Nina Ziggy Hadzic in her Canadian debut.  Nina travel from Sarajevo to exhibit her work here in Calgary.  Using digital paint Nina explores the realm of portraiture through a contemporary lens.  She recieved her classical training as an artist in numerous schools from her home country of Bosnia and Herzegovina.  This training has given her a solid technical foundation which she is now able to spring off of and blaze her own path into new and exciting directions in art making.  Her work is fresh, exciting, and unique.  Come see for yourself.

Samantha Lucy Haslam is currently a fourth year illustration student at the Alberta College of Art and Design. She especially enjoys drawing cats, beards and sleepy things. Occasionally she will draw other stuff.
